This contemporary-style Pilates class focuses on strengthening and stabilizing the muscles of the core (hips, back, abdominals, ribs, and shoulders).

This class utilizes exercises from various modalities like yoga, Pilates, and weight training to tone and strengthen the arms and shoulders.

A vinyasa-style yoga class to tap into your breath while building strength and mobility.

SELF MASSAGE

In this class, you'll learn techniques to treat yourself to a massage using your hands and various other tools that you might find in your house.

This class focuses on movements that support everyday activities. With an emphasis on core engagement, you'll increase balance, strength, and mobility.

STRETCH + MEDITATE

Wind down the body with gentle stretches and

restorative-yoga inspired meditations.

For those who are pregnant and those just returning to fitness postpartum, this class focuses on strengthening the stabilizing muscles of the hips, abdominals, and back, while still getting a full body workout.
