This contemporary-style Pilates class focuses on strengthening and stabilizing the muscles of the core (hips, back, abdominals, ribs, and shoulders). It is adaptable to all ages, levels, and abilities. You will need a mat or clear, non-slip space, and a water bottle. Optional additional props include hand towels, weights, stability balls, or Therabands. If you are new to Pilates, consider starting with private sessions to get used to the terminology and learn how to perform the movements in ways that best work for your body. Or, book a free consultation to develop a plan that best suits your needs! --- Single class payments are offered on a sliding scale. The default amount is $20 per class. However, if you choose to book at a reduced rate, please use the promo codes below: PM$15 (for a $15 single class) PM$10 (for a $10 single class) Note: These codes can only be applied to single class purchases, not class packs.
In the event that you cannot attend a class or private session, the cancellation policy is as follows: 1. If you do not show up for a class or private session without prior notice, you will forfeit the class or private session and will be charged in full. 2. If you email at least 2 hours prior to the start of the class or private session to let me know you need to cancel, I will reschedule you without charge and reallocate your payment to another class or session of your choosing. 3.
